4 — Recess to Closed Session

That Council moved into a Closed Session Meeting of Council pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended, for the following reasons:

13 — Consent Agenda Approval

“That the following items be approved as presented: 14(a), 14(b), 14(c), 14(d), 18(a), 19(a), 19(b).”

15(a) — Purchase of Two Tandem Axle Dump Trucks with Snow Equipment

The purchase of two tandem axle dump trucks with snow equipment be awarded to 401 Truck Source Inc. for $1,059,004.36 (HST included).

16(a) — Ward Boundary and Council Composition Review - Council Composition Options 13-15

Strategy Corp bring back options for Council composition of 13-15 (inclusive of the Mayor).

The Municipality of Chatham-Kent purchase the 3.02 acres (1.223 hectares) 110 Sandys Street, Chatham, Property Identification Number 00539-0221, from Jarlette Health Services for $1,699,000, plus any associated closing costs.

That Administration bring forward an information report during budget deliberations with options to achieve a 7.5% budgetary annual decrease realized collectively, from each of the following areas:
