And Whereas any person wishing to appear before Council regarding an item on the current agenda is required to submit a written application to the Clerk by 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting to be placed on the agenda as a deputation.
And Whereas Council agenda packages are often extensive and require considerable time for review in advance of Council meetings.
And Whereas it is important that Members of Council receive all relevant information, including correspondence and deputations from constituents, in a timely manner to make informed decisions.
