That the following items be approved as presented: 14(a), 15(b), 15(c), 15(d), 16(b), 16(c).

14(a) — Library Integrated Library System Procurement

Chatham-Kent Public Library's Integrated Library System (ILS) be sole sourced to Innovative Interfaces Inc. (part of Clarivate Library Software Group) at a total value of $443,149.84 (including HST) over five years.

15(a) — Ward Boundary and Council Composition Review

That Council direct administration to bring a by law of option 15-1 of the Strategy Corps report at the March 3, 2025 Council meeting for voting.

15(d) — By-law Enforcement Officer Appointments

A by-law to amend By-law 20-2024, a bylaw to provide staff appointment of By-law Enforcement Officers be approved.

16(a) — Limerick Landfill Closure

Chatham-Kent's share of the Limerick Landfill closure capital cost, estimated at $361,240, be funded from the Recycling WDO Reserve.

16(b) — Public Transit Fare System Procurement

The purchase of the electronic fare and technology system for public transit, including related cellular data service, be single sourced to TransitFare & Systems Ltd. at a total of $144,003.81 for a three-year term.

16(c) — Tile Drainage Loan Debenture

The Rating By-law for Tile Loan Debenture #2025-03 for March 1, 2025, imposing special annual drainage rates under the Tile Drainage Act, be approved.

16(d) — Clearville Park Divestment

Divestment of Clearville Park is deferred until a full consultation has been undertaken with users of Clearville Park and surrounding areas.

17(a) — 55 Croydon Street Demolition

Administration be authorized to demolish the entire school building structure, including the gymnasium located at 55 Croydon Street, Chatham to prepare the site for future developments and eliminate risks as well as operating costs of maintaining the structure.

18(a) — Bloomfield Business Park Repurchase

That the report be postponed to the February 24, 2025 Council Meeting.

19(a) — Deputy CAO and EMT Realignment

Councillor B. McGregor presented a notice of motion regarding Deputy CAO and EMT Realignment.

Councillor Ceccacci presented a notice of motion regarding Sidewalk Winter Control.

That the Council Information Package be received for information.

24 — Adjournment

That Chatham-Kent Council adjourn to its next Meeting to be held on Monday, February 24, 2025 and that Chatham-Kent Council authorize itself to meet in closed session on that day to discuss any matters permitted by The Municipal Act.
