Official Plan Amendment, being OPA No. 75, in the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, to amend policies regarding Housing, be approved, and the implementing by-law adopted.
That the following items be approved as presented: 15(a), 15(b), 15(c), 15(d), 16(a), 16(b), 16(e), 16(f), 16(g), 17(c), 17(d), 17(e), 19(a) 20(a) and 21(a).
The proposal for the supply and delivery of dust suppressants for gravel roadways within the Municipality be awarded to Den-Mar Brines Limited and the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the necessary agreement.

The Manager of Community Attraction & Promotion presented an update on the activities of the CKY Advisory Group and reviewed their findings from the 2022 third CKY Survey that was conducted gaining input from 601 young people.

That the motion by Councillor C. McGregor re rental of two mini excavators be referred back to administration for the May 29 meeting for further information on costs and potential usage.
21(a) — Amending Appointment By-law 10-2023 for Deputy Division Registrars and Deputy Issuers of Marriage Licenses
That administration develop a policy and protocol to provide clear direction and an administrative framework for the proper and consistent use of flags and flagpole(s) at all municipal facilities.
21(b) — Motion by Councillor Jubenville re Flags at Chatham-Kent Municipal Centres
That Council direct Administration to avoid controversy and discrimination while encouraging inclusion of all Chatham-Kent residents under the Federal, Provincial and Municipal flags, by stating the only flags that shall be flown at the Chatham-Kent Civic Centre and all Municipal service centers across Chatham-Kent, will be the Canadian National Flag, the Ontario Provincial Flag and the Chatham Kent Municipal Flag.
