the motion be referred to the budget update process and have an updated staff report outlining best practices related to addressing dust production on gravel roads in September.

Council calls on the Province to reverse its decision to permit a landfill just north of Dresden at 29831 Irish School Road, without a full EA process

19(h) — Waive Notice - Bill 5 / York 1 Dresden Landfill Motion

That Council waive the notice requirement to allow a motion on this item to be voted on at this meeting.

20(a) — Economic Impact of Tariffs - Assessment Report

That Chatham-Kent administration bring back a report with an economic assessment identifying the most high-risk employment sectors and estimated job loss resulting from tariff impacts in our community.

20(b) — User Fees Update - Refrigerant, Waste, Tax Certificate

the amendment to the User Fee By-law No. 157-2024 to update the Refrigerant Removal user fees updating fee to $50 per unit, be approved.

20(c) — 2025 Tax Rates Amendment

the 2025 Amended Final Municipal Tax Rates in Schedule A be approved and applied to all taxable assessment to meet the funding required by the 2025 budget.
