The tender in the amount of $2,304,500.35 (including HST) for the LO Stonehouse Memorial Walkbridge over the Sydenham River Bridge Rehabilitation, be awarded to Dayson Industrial Services Inc.
14(e) — Tender Award T23-107 - Concrete Curb Repair Program
Administration continue due diligence in advancing the Waste to Energy Project in partnership with Greenfield Global Inc. for a 90,000 to 120,000 tonne industrial anaerobic digester built to process organic wastes and convert to renewable natural gas (RNG), with an advance investment of up to $1.3 Million or 40% of the cost to further engineering design and provide greater assurance of final construction cost and viability of the project.

That Chatham-Kent Council adjourn to its next Meeting to be held on Monday, July 10, 2023 and that Chatham-Kent Council authorize itself to meet in closed session on that day to discuss any matters permitted by The Municipal Act.
