Councillor Jubenville presented a notice of motion regarding the suspension of the balance of the Employee Vaccination Verification and Testing Policy for all Municipal Staff which requires new hires to be vaccinated as a condition of hire.

That Chatham-Kent Council adjourn to its next Meeting to be held on Monday, December 12, 2022 and that Chatham-Kent Council authorize itself to meet in closed session on that day to discuss any matters permitted by The Municipal Act.
