Administration develop recommendations for the draft 2024-2027 multi-year operating budget that give Council a starting position of a net tax impact at or below the estimated rate of annual inflation, in addition to a 1.5% increase for the capital asset management plan and a 0.5% increase in the allocation to the rate stabilization reserve.
That the report be brought back to Council on April 24, 2023 with the recommendation to increase the farm tax ratio from 0.22 to 0.23 after consulting with affected stakeholders.
17(a) — Second Community Engagement for the Climate Change Action Plan
That Council direct administration to review the opening and closing dates of all splash pads in Chatham-Kent, with the goal of maximizing seasonal usage. And that these changes be made as soon as possible.
20(a) — Flags at the Chatham-Kent Municipal Centres
Councillor Jubenville presented a notice of motion regarding flags at the Chatham-Kent Municipal Centres. This motion will be added to the April 24, 2023 Council agenda for discussion and voting.

22(a) — Approval of April 3, 2023 Council Information Package
That Chatham-Kent Council adjourn to its next Meeting to be held on Monday, April 24, 2023 and that Chatham-Kent Council authorize itself to meet in closed session on that day to discuss any matters permitted by The Municipal Act.
