15(a) — Coatsworth Bulk Water Station Closure

Council requests the PUC to reconsider its decision to close the Coatsworth bulk water station, and keep it operational and that the PUC report back to Council the outcome of their decision.

16(a) — Encampment Advisory Committee

That staff return to Council with Draft Terms of Reference for Council to approve a pilot Encampment Advisory committee be established to facilitate transparent communication between the municipality and the community at large

17(a) — Affordable Rental Housing Subclass

Affordable Rental Housing Subclass for Multi-Residential (information report)

18(a) — Ridgetown Downtown CIP Grant

with 1815513 Ontario Inc., owners of 21 Main Street West, Community of Ridgetown, to provide an annual grant equivalent to 100% of the increase in municipal property taxes resulting from the redevelopment of a Commercial Use in a Downtown Area, for five (5) years.

Zoning By-law Amendment application File D-14 C/33/25/B, to remove the Holding Symbol from a portion of the subject lands, located on Landings Pass

19(a) — CMHC Housing Accelerator Fund 2025 Update

The total estimated funding in the amount of $2,686,146 from the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) be designated to grants, consulting services, processes as well as required staffing resources needed to implement Chatham-Kent's HAF action plan

That Chatham-Kent Council send a letter of support for the Resolution of the Township of Woolwich re Strong Mayor Powers.

That Chatham-Kent Council send a letter of support for the resolution of the Municipality of Tweed re Collaborative Action on Sustainable Waste Management in Ontario.
