That application File No. PL202300096 be postponed to a future public meeting for which notice will be given, to provide an opportunity for additional public consultation.

15.a — First Reading of By-laws

That the By-laws be taken as read for the first time.

15.b — Second Reading of By-laws

That the By-laws be taken as read for the second time.

15.e — Third and Final Reading of By-laws

That the by-laws be taken as read for a third time and finally passed.

16 — Adjournment

That Chatham-Kent Council adjourn to its next Meeting to be held on Monday, June 26, 2023 and that Chatham-Kent Council authorize itself to meet in closed session on that day to discuss any matters permitted by The Municipal Act.
