15(a) — Previous Minutes Approval

Chatham-Kent Council minutes from its meeting held on February 24, 2025

16(a) — Gravel Road Conversion Debenture Plan

That staff report back on an investment and debenture plan of approximately $30 million to accelerate the conversion of gravel roads in Chatham-Kent.

17(a) — Farm Tax Ratio Review

That the Farm Tax Ratio remain status quo at 22% until after the MPAC Tax Re-Assessment pause is removed by the Provincial Government and updated assessment data can be analyzed and a report be brought to the next term of Council.

18(a) — Ward Boundary and Council Composition By-law

As directed by Council, a by-law to reestablish the wards and council composition be approved.

18(b) — Integrity Commissioner Annual Report

The 2024 Integrity Commissioner Annual Report be received for information.

18(d) — Municipal Accountability Act 2024 Opposition

That Chatham-Kent Council send a letter to Minister Calandra and Premier Doug Ford and the provincial government opposing any legislation that would allow for the removal of a duly elected municipal official

19(a) — Sustainable Neighbourhood Retrofit Action Plan

to deliver the Sustainable Neighbourhood Retrofit Action Plan project in three urban Chatham-Kent neighbourhoods in 2025 and 2026 and entirely funded by a $385,000 Provincial grant.

19(b) — Blenheim Business Park Environmental Permitting

That Administration prepare a report for the April 28 Council Meeting to provide an update on the status of the ongoing environmental permitting work regarding the 13 acres of vacant industrial land in the Blenheim Business Park.
