tender in the amount of $2,400,000.01 (including HST) for the Cox Avenue and Faircourt Avenue Sewer Separation be awarded to Titan Group Construction Inc.

16(c) — Surface Treatment Program Tender

tender in the amount of $1,461,794.01 (including HST) for the Surface Treatment Program be awarded to Walker Construction Limited.

25 — Walpole Island First Nation Acknowledgement re Bill 5

That the Mayor's Office, on behalf of Chatham-Kent Council send acknowledgement and thank you to Chief Thomas and the Walpole Island First Nations Council for all the work they have done in helping our community thus far with regard to Bill 5 and the Dresden concerns.

That the by-laws be taken as read for a first time.
