to rezone the lands known as 650 Park Street, in Part of Park Lot 3, Plan 133, in the Community of Dresden, to Residential Medium Density Second (RM2), to facilitate a change of use from a Senior Citizen Dwelling to an Apartment Dwelling, be approved

18(a) — Consolidated Non-Core Detailed Asset Management Plans 2025

the proposed levels of service for the Non-Core Detailed Asset Management plans be adopted by Council

18(b) — Talbot Trail Realignment - Stage 4 Archaeological Assessment

a contract amendment in the amount of $920,950.00 (including HST) for the Stage 4 Archaeological Assessment for the Talbot Trail Realignment project be approved for AECOM Canada Ltd.

18(c) — 1998 Provincial Highways Transfers - Funding Request

a request be sent to the Province of Ontario to develop and deliver a sustainable and predictable means of assisting municipalities with the upkeep of roads and bridges.

18(d) — Enbridge Gas Franchise Agreement Renewal

Council approves the form of draft by-law and franchise agreement attached hereto and authorizes the submission thereof to the Ontario Energy Board

18(e) — Blue Box Regulation / RRCEA Amendments - Comments

Administration be directed to submit comments to the Ministry of Environment, Parks and Conservation regarding the proposed amendments to the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act, 2016, and the Blue Box Regulation.

19(a) — Expanding the Community Gardens Program

Council authorize Chatham-Kent administration to provide a report outlining the possibility of partnering with Public Health by expanding the current Community Gardens program to all wards.
