15(f) — 206 Wellington CIP Tax Increment Grant

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the Community Improvement Plan, Property Tax Increment Equivalent Grant Agreement, with the owner of 206 Wellington Street, Community of Wallaceburg, to provide an annual grant equivalent to 60% of the increase in municipal property taxes resulting from the development of a Mixed-Use Commercial/Residential Building, for five (5) years.

15(g) — SIREG 300 Park Condominium Exemption

That the application of SIREG 300 Park Inc., for the issuance of a certificate of exemption under Section 9(6) of the Condominium Act, for the property known as 300 Park Street, in the Community of Dresden, be approved; and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the Final Plan of Condominium.

That a contract amendment in the amount of $27,029.60 (including HST) be approved for the additional Engineering Services for the Third Line over Raleigh Plain Drain Bridge Rehabilitation to GEI Consultants Canada Ltd.

That administration bring a business case to the 2026 budget update with current best practices employed by other municipalities and the costs associated with altering the current service level.
