which proposes 48 vacant residential Lots, subject to the draft conditions set out in Appendix D, be approved; and,

11f — Referral of recommendation #2 for traffic study - PL202300028, Wheatley subdivision

be referred back to administration for a traffic study.

11g — Amendment to set maximum density at 71 units - PL202300031, Indwell Community Homes

that the maximum density be set at 71 units.

11g — Zoning By-law Amendment PL202300031 - Indwell Community Homes, 55 Croydon Street, Chatham

add Supportive Housing as an additional permitted use; and
set the minimum off-street parking requirement for a Supportive Housing use at 0.5 spaces per unit.

That Chatham-Kent Council adjourn to its next Meeting to be held on Monday, May 29, 2023 and that Chatham-Kent Council authorize itself to meet in closed session on that day to discuss any matters permitted by The Municipal Act.
