12 — Notice of Motion - Railway Crossing Safety and Maintenance

Councillor Ceccacci presented a notice of motion regarding Railway Crossing Safety and Maintenance. This motion will be added to the March 27, 2023 Council agenda for discussion and voting.

That the By-laws be taken as read for the first time.

14.b — Second Reading of By-laws

That the By-laws be taken as read for the second time.

14.e — Third and Final Reading of By-laws

That the by-laws be taken as read for a third time and finally passed.

15 — Adjournment to next meeting March 27, 2023

That Chatham-Kent Council adjourn to its next Meeting to be held on Monday, March 27, 2023 and that Chatham-Kent Council authorize itself to meet in closed session on that day to discuss any matters permitted by The Municipal Act.
