10(a) — Housing Assets - Painting Contractor Roster

This report was approved as part of the Consent Agenda.

11(a) — Emergency Transitional Cabin Program Location

Administration pursue the development of an Emergency Transitional Cabin Program on Municipality of Chatham-Kent owned 378, 390 & 392 Park Street, Chatham properties.

11(b) — Housing-Focused Outreach Services

The Director of Housing Services be authorized to enter into a 12-month sole source agreement with ROCK Missions to provide housing-focused outreach services with the possibility to renew for one additional one-year term.

11(c) — Housing Stability Worker - Chatham-Kent Legal Clinic

The Director of Housing Services be authorized to enter into a two-year sole source agreement with the Chatham-Kent Legal Clinic to assist in the delivery of Housing Stability Services.

11(d) — Sole Source Agreement - CK Housing First Intensive Case Management

The Director of Housing Services be authorized to enter into a 12 month sole source agreement with Canadian Mental Health Association, Lambton Kent (CMHA-LK) Branch to deliver CK Housing First Intensive Case Management services, with the possibility to renew for two additional one-year terms.

11(e) — Sole Source Agreement - Hope Haven Day Programming and Winter Warming

The Director of Housing Services be authorized to enter into a 12 month sole source agreement with Hope Haven to deliver day programming and winter warming services, with the possibility to renew for two additional one-year terms.

12(a) — Building Permit Fees

The amended Building Development Services permit fee schedule attached as Appendix A be approved.

13(a) — Tax Policy 2024

"That the April 29, 2024 Council Information Package be received."

16(a) — Letter Supporting AMO Position Opposing Cuts to Federal Affordable Housing Funding

"That Chatham-Kent Council send a letter to the Minister of Housing, Infrastructure and Communities supporting AMO's position of opposing any cuts to federal funding for affordable housing. And that a copy of this letter be sent to local MPs, MPPs, ROMA, AMO and FCM."

16(a) — Resolution on Securing Access to Natural Gas (Enbridge / Ontario Energy Board)

Natural gas must continue to play an integral role in meeting the energy needs of Ontario.
