Be it therefore moved that administration look into a mass information sharing system through instant alerts, text messaging and/or automated phone calling system for pricing and the availability to implement such services as soon as possible and report back to council at the earliest possible time.

That Chatham-Kent Council adjourn to its next Meeting to be held on Thursday, September 21, 2023 and that Chatham-Kent Council authorize itself to meet in closed session on that day to discuss any matters permitted by The Municipal Act.
