Council receive the report from the Integrity Commissioner.

15(b) — 2026 Municipal Election Voting Method

A by-law to authorize the use of marksense ballot and optical scan vote tabulators, for the purpose of counting votes in the 2026 Municipal Election and the use of internet voting as an alternative voting method for advance voting, be approved.

15(c) — Election Reserve Funds 2026

$500,000 be transferred from the Lifeamp Election Reserve (17676) to fund the upcoming 2026 Municipal Election

15(d) — Appointment By-law 56-2024 Amendment - Deputy Registrars

a by-law to amend By-law 56-2024 to appoint Deputy Division Registrars and Deputy Issuers of Marriage Licenses be approved.

15(e) — Centralized By-law Enforcement Review

administration be directed to review the method of bylaw enforcement within Chatham-Kent, and consider a centralized bylaw enforcement approach to enhance efficiency.

15(e) — Repeat Offenders - Additional Public Works By-law Officer Business Case

a business case be brought to the 2026 Budget update process for one additional Public Works By-Law Enforcement officer.

16(a) — CK Drug Strategy Coordinator Funding Referral

That funding for the CK Drug Strategy Coordinator be referred to the 2026 Budget.

the Gravel Road Conversion Program Acceleration Plan be accepted and implemented beginning in 2026.

a contract amendment in the amount of $4,438,748.30 including contingency and HST for Jayden Construction be approved.
