Council direct administration to investigate and identify the need for Warming Centres in communities within Chatham-Kent beyond central Chatham for days of extreme cold weather

enter into an agreement, satisfactory to the Director, Legal Services, with the Kinsmen Club of Dover concerning use of Grande Pointe Park
