Backyard Chickens Two-Year Pilot Program Approval (vote; carried (10-6))

- Summary: Council approved amendments to the Responsible Animal Ownership By-law and User Fee By-law to establish a two-year pilot program for backyard chickens in rural residential and village residential zones (except Erieau), with set fines to be approved by the Ministry of the Attorney General.
