The management of the Chatham-Kent John D. Bradley Convention Centre be awarded to Compass Group Canada Ltd. for a period of five years effective January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2031 for a total of $557,170 plus 3.25% of total net revenues, with an option for a further five year extension if mutually agreed upon.
The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to enter into the recommended agreement(s)."
