The tender in the amount of $797,837.00 (excluding HST) for the Airport Maintenance Facility be awarded to Agri-Urban Building Inc.
A contract amendment in the amount of $10,000.00 (excluding HST) for contract administration and inspection services, be approved for Spriet Associates Ltd.
Council authorize administration to enter into an agreement with SJCT Properties Inc. satisfactory to the Director of Legal Services for the connection of the terminal building and airport maintenance facility to the septic system servicing hangar 6. Consideration for this agreement is payable to SJCT Properties Ltd. in the amount of $52,078.00 (excluding HST)
